I started my career in insurance as an agent team member my senior year of high school, and I fell in love with the work. Getting to know people, discovering what they care about, and finding ways to help them protect it — that's what this is all about for me. My husband Bart and I both grew up in Rusk. The State Farm Agent opportunity brought us to Canton, a town we're proud to now call home. We have two children: Taryn, who plays golf for SFA, and Trayce, who is homeschooled and team ropes. Our weekends are spent following them — cheering Taryn on at tournaments and watching Trayce on the rodeo trail. In the community, I served as a founding member of the Canton Chamber of Commerce and the Canton Lions Club, and I volunteer at CISD. Being part of building something here means a lot to me.
